Pre-dispatch cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please email us at support@nomon-and.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
- When we receive your cancellation request before your order is dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund the original order amount to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
- If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective, damaged or incorrect at the time of receipt, we will make it right by replacing the product or making a refund in accordance with this Return & Cancellation section and applicable law.
- Please contact us at support@nomon-and.com within a reasonable time after delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging.
- Where the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will bear reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative remedy as required by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping product back to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we are otherwise required by applicable law to bear such costs. Nothing in this Return & Cancellation section affects any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
NOMON & Co. is not responsible for parcels that are lost or misdirected when being returned to us. Retain your return tracking number for your records.
EU/UK right of withdrawal
- If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom and your order is delivered within the EU or UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you (or a person you nominate) receive the products.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example, by email to support@nomon-and.com quoting your order number). You must send your withdrawal request before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
- If you withdraw from the contract in accordance with this right, we will refund to you all payments received from you for the products being returned, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is earlier.
- You must send back the products without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the products, unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear such costs.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, and we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund to reflect this.
- Please note that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (including food supplements and similar consumable products) if they have been unsealed after delivery. If such items are returned with the seal broken, we may refuse a refund.
Change-of-mind returns (non-EU/UK destinations)
- If your order is delivered outside the EU and UK and you change your mind, you may request to return eligible products within 14 days after the date of delivery, provided that:
- the products are in their original condition, unused, unopened and in their original packaging; and
- you contact us in advance at support@nomon-and.com and follow the return instructions we provide.
- Unless we inform you otherwise in writing, you will be responsible for the cost of returning products to us for change-of-mind reasons, and any original shipping, customs, duties or other import charges will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
- For health protection and hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns of food supplements or other consumable products once the seal or packaging has been opened or damaged, unless required by applicable law.
Customs refusal, seizure and uncollected shipments
- As stated in our Shipping Policy, you are responsible for checking whether the products may be lawfully imported into your country and for paying any applicable import duties, taxes and other charges imposed by customs or other authorities.
- If a shipment is refused by you, returned due to non-payment of customs or other import charges, or seized, destroyed or otherwise not released by customs or other authorities in the destination country, we are generally unable to reship the products. Subject to applicable law and any rights you may have in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrect items:
- if the products are returned to us in resalable condition, we may, at our discretion, refund the product price paid less any shipping costs, customs or other charges that are not refunded to us; and
- if the products are not returned to us, or are returned in a condition that does not permit resale, we will not be obliged to provide a refund.
- Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or distance-selling laws.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this Return & Cancellation section, the Shipping Policy or our Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, limit or otherwise affect any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws, which will apply in addition to, and in the event of any conflict will prevail over, the terms set out here.
