Standard delivery
Your order is delivered from Japan to destinations outside Japan and will typically reach you in 5–10 business days after we receive and accept the order.
Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on weather, various reasonscustoms and import procedures, carrier workload, delivery area/country or shipping method.

Shipping Costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, shipping costs are included in the product price. However, for deliveries outside Japan, you will be deemed the importer of record and will be solely responsible for any and all import duties, value added taxes, customs clearance fees and other charges that may be levied by the destination country or territory.
Order Processing / Important Notice
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address and contact information. We are not responsible for non-delivery, misdelivery or delayed delivery due to errors or omissions in the address or contact details that you provide.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details au-tomatically. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us at support@nomon-and.com.

- We cannot accept or arrange scheduled delivery for any orders.
- Orders cannot be split and must be delivered to a single address.
Delivery Area
We currently ship internationally from Japan to selected countries and regions outside Japan only. We do not ship orders to addresses within Japan.
As the recipient, you are solely responsible for confirming that the products may be lawfully imported into, and. com
ply with all applicable laws and regulations of, the destination country or territory. You will be the importer of record and will bear all risks and costs associated with customs and import procedures. Local customs authorities may inspect, detain, seize, destroy or return shipments to sender, or require additional documentation or payments, in their sole discre-tion. Any delays, additional costs (including duties, taxes, storage or return shipping fees), losses or damage arising from or related to customs inspection or import regulations are your responsibility. Where a shipment is returned to us due to customs or import issues, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Cancellation policy and our Terms & Conditions, and may be reduced by any unrecoverable shipping, handling, customs or related charges.
Shipping timelines, eligibility for order changes or cancellations, and any refunds in con-nection with shipping or delivery issues (including where an order cannot be delivered or is returned to us) are subject to and must be read together with our Return & Cancellation policy and our Terms & Conditions. In particular, no refund is available after your order has been dispatched, except as expressly stated in those documents.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping product back to us, unless the item is faulty.
NOMON &Co. is not responsible for parcels that are lost or misdirected when be-ing returned to us. Retain your return tracking number for your records.
